Welcome to Ch-ipe. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. No Returns Policy:

  • All sales through Ch-ipe are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review orders carefully before purchasing.

2. Product Grading:

  • Ch-ipe does not grade its Ipe wood products. Customers understand that we provide bulk Ipe lumber at the lowest possible prices without specific grading.

3. Bulk Supplier:

  • Ch-ipe operates as a bulk supplier of Ipe lumber. Our business model and pricing reflect bulk supply terms, suitable for larger orders.

4. Lead Time and Shipping:

  • The lead time for orders is 5-15 business days. We do not provide shipping updates until the order is loaded on the carrier.
  • Shipments are sent via LTL (Less Than Truckload) or flatbed truck. Customers are responsible for unloading the lumber from the truck upon delivery.

5. Delivery and Damage Reporting:

  • Customers must inspect and report any damage at the time of delivery. Failure to report damage is an acknowledgment that the shipment was received in good condition and complete.
  • We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Customers understand that there may be delays beyond our control.

6. Size Variation Due to Moisture:

  • Customers acknowledge that lumber dimensions can change due to moisture content, either gaining or losing size.

7. Product Understanding:

  • Customers are responsible for determining if the product is suitable for their intended use, acknowledging the lack of grading and bulk supply nature.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • Ch-ipe is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • Ch-ipe reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
